Drilling A Bucket to Use with Microhydroflo Watering Kits

Using a 5-gallon bucket, available at most box stores, will provide a larger reservoir for your garden.

DRill with 1/2" drill bit

Step 1: Drill a 1/2" hole for rubber gasket at least about 1 inch above the bottom edge of the bucket

Optional Step 2: If you are using the lid, drill a vent hole near the top of the bucket. A 1/16" or 1/8" drill bit is a good size.

Step 3: Insert the rubber gasket into the bottom hole.
